Yoga Shine Retreats

We return from the Smolikas refuge full of beautiful images, sweet memories and the satisfaction of having reached our goal.

The climb to Smolika, and the image of Drakolimni shrouded in fog, gave us our personal mantra - a positive thought that will accompany us until our next outing in nature.

The shelter hosted us with warmth, creating this unique atmosphere that unites people and experiences.

The visit to the Mushroom Museum added a special touch to our itinerary, bringing us closer to the richness of Pindos nature.

Yoga in nature enhances all the senses and makes meditation deeper – with the highlight of the retreat being the morning meditation in the rain.

Ereikousa - Family Edition

Our trip to the heavenly Ereikousa ended as it deserves in summer, with feelings of fulfillment and satisfaction.
 

We did yoga on the beach, tried SUP yoga, laughed, relaxed, and shared moments that will stay with us through the winter.

This year's Family Edition was full of life – the kids created, the parents found time for themselves, and together we all created a big group that felt like family.

Our stay at Ereikousa Palace gave the retreat a warm sense of hospitality.

Rafting & Yoga Adventure!

Our experience at Aggitis Gorge was simply magical! Nature embraced us with its beauty, while rafting filled us with adrenaline and vitality.

This was followed by yoga on the bridge of the gorge, with the river flowing below, which helped us harmonize with the watery environment of the rain, letting each drop wash away everything that weighs us down, and find absolute balance.

We became an energy channel, letting the rain penetrate us from above and the river embrace us from below, in a unique composition of earth and water.

We ended the day in the most relaxing way, enjoying warm herbal teas, at the Tea House – a wonderful wooden retreat in nature.

We did more than just yoga.
Something more than wine tasting.
Something more than just relaxing at the spa.

We let ourselves go. We experienced. We felt.

🎶 We danced to the song Kothbiro in the winery's art gallery, as if the music itself was leading us.

The Yoga Shiners at Drakolimni Tymfi!

We began our journey with yoga at the welcoming Saxonis houses in Papigo, preparing body and mind. Then, we began our hike from Mikro Papigo to Drakolimni – a route full of images and incredible rewards. The climb had its challenges, but every step brought us closer to nature and to ourselves. An overnight stay at the shelter under the stars was the culmination of this unique experience.

The energy of the mountain and the connection with ourselves were indescribable.

We feel proud of all the Yoga Shiners who shared this amazing experience with us and who pushed their limits.
